Drumond and Dew out both injured Hill and Thorton in.

Round 5
Hansen (Roos) out Womma in. No playing back emergencies and as much as i hate wasting trades like this Womma looked to good to pass up.

Round 6
Hill out S.Johnson In. Got rid of hill to pick up Johnson at the bottom.

This week will probably do 2 trades both due to injures.
Hall to B.Johnson/Chappy
Thorton to Gilbee/Birchall

6 trades down by next round. 3 of which are on players i don't intent to keep or are already gone and 3 have been on upgrades to keepers.

Don't worry it is. I jumped from 9000 to about 5000 this week thanks to my midds.

This line of thinking has confused me, trading needs to be done regardless of your score and position. If you have rookies or mid tier players who have peaked then you have to upgrade, it's as simple as that.

I've used 4 trades so far, I would almost say two of them were not really needed.

I just could not handle the worry/scoring 0 of Joel Bowden, so I traded him last week for P. Burg.
With the Lucas injury in round 1, I traded him out and downgraded him to Hill and Upgraded Armitage to Hodge.

Downgrading Lucas to Hill was ok, in hindsight I could have kept Armitage.

So those are my two wasted trades.

I would almost guess this week is another week where I don't trade. Unless I can find a way to downgrade Hill and upgrade Dyson to Kornes.

Hill's BE is around 60 so you should be fine with holding onto him. It depends more on who you're trying to nab and that player's BE.

You say you've got rid of Cornes. Which one & why? Crazy stuff. If it's Chad, his finger will keep him out for 1, maybe 2 games at the max. He's a DT superstar, probably the best defender DT there's been

5 trades for me, but no need for any this week. I have cover for Cornes and Hartlett in Taylor and Wona (provided they are named). Two early sideways trades for dud rookie picks at the back (all kosher in Freako's book). Others were:

Dyson to Palmer (when still under $100k!)
Hall to Riewoldt (had no choice)
Nate Jones to Mitchell (one week early!)

No regrets. Holding down 22nd position on the ladder.....
