The sad thing is they go on and answer it like it's a serious question. One guy actually got angry because a couple of people voted Maxwell as a joke. Not cool Carlton. :thumbsdown:

They created a poll on who was the better captain/player out of Chris Judd and Nick Maxwell. I think it's pretty obvious even to guys like Hodgepodge that the answer is Judd. Here are some of their replys:

Judd because he can play football I mean Maxwell can be a great leader but he can't play football I mean he isn't gonna break a game open from pure leadership and inspire your team.

While I rate Maxwell as a leader, he's a decent footballer at best (I'd have written honest, but we all know that's one thing he isn't). He's better off worrying about his own game than having the added responsibility of captaining the club.

I reckon Swan looks more the goods to me. Oh, and the Duddy Juddy thing?

Well in that case Maxwell is clearly the better option as he actually sits on the same plane as his teamates, unlike Mr "I got given the captaincy despite Cuz being our spiritual leader". Plus Maxwell would never walk out on his club while captain.
