Passing on Noah SeLong for something you’ve picked up at the tip that has been chucked out twice is already looking like another classic drafting disaster by Tinker and Co.
The young fella’s already proving his worth mixing it up and not looking out of place in one of the most dangerous forward lines going around. For a team which struggles so badly to score, he would’ve been a astute pickup for Cockburn and saved their draft from being a disaster. Oh well.

Noah Long may be baby faced and just 73kg, but the Bendigo Pioneers product is on track to make his AFL debut for West Coast in 2023.

Not hard to look a level above the spuds in your shed. I'm expecting a few games out of desperation this year from WC while the Freo young guns have to earn their stripes.

The trick is to have the good ones playing for you, not training with you. Otherwise you could end up paying proven spuds like Corey Wagner instead of gems like Noah SeLong.
