You can guess who i am NOP, i am a teammate of yours, i have a huge head with even bigger ears. My life goal is to take over the world by eclipsing the sun with my bulbous scone.

After to a shitty start to the season, i think osborne could come home strong, especially if rioli plays. they lost deplorably to billabong crows, but they have given both cul and bb saints a good run and only lost by a kick in both games.

There is no possible way you are Daniel Cassidy....
He wouldn't even know what the word DEPLORABLY means....
......let alone spell it or even say it.!

Any truth to the rumour that some Holbrook supporters were keen to back the brookers early in the week, but bailed out at the last minute when a certain big punter from Cul had the cash to play with! Good chance to beat the lions!
Yes Sixpack , Holbrook did ring the club early in the week trying to get money on the brookers but I am not sure if anyone took them on...Great win to the lions and with Goode and Kotzur to come back look out in September.

great comp this year with any of the top 4 a serious chance of winning it. But don't discount Howlong and Lockhart. Osborne to be back up next year have some seriously good young players, exciting to watch and tough to play against.

Was having a yarn to Dale in the w/e and he reckons that there is a good chance of having Jason Murray in the ruck and therefore use him as a fifth midfeilder and use big trent storey or one of the other rucks as the second ruckman. His thinking was that since it will be not raining and a calm night, they will use ball speed at a matchwinner due to the hume league's skills being far superior to tallangatta's, over the last few years and this year will be no exception.

no chance of jason murray startin in the ruck wouldnt think he would even get a game with bradshaw as number 1 an would think storey would start on the pine as number 2

BIlls you must have had some early mail on this call.

how bradshaw got the starting spot off storey is beyond me... Storey smashed bradshaw when they played.
but i suppose it helps that howlongs coach is AC of the squad... Horrible decision.

It was very surprising to see the bradshaw would line up for the ruck position. Maybe Almond did have a bit of an input into the call.
No matter what, it is a very high honor to be named in the final team, all players should be very proud of that...even if it is on the bench. They are considered the best players in the league! i tip my hat to them all! :thumbsu:

I heard that Twitt did his groin last night at the interleague training thats why he isnt named... Any news on how bad it is?

BRADSHAW????? what a job he must be doing in polishing the coach's jewels! he is not the best ruckman in the league, lucky to make top five. What about Hayden gleeson, trent storey (AZZI medal last year), evn glanvill from saints as well, (i think 2nd in azzi year before). shows its who you know not what you know. xavier mardling? or ryan storye even?

Yeah good call selectors, Sit the best ruckman over the last year and a half on the pine. May as well go with the idea of having J murray in the ruck and utalize him as another smaller midfielder. If your not going to have a skillful ruckman like Storey bros, Gleeson, Jamie Parr, even young Gus McDiarmid etc. s Bradshaw is a gimp.

I've heard Osborne will get some more good young players back next year in the mould of Mal Douglas, A.Clarke, M and J Bahr, S.Doig, C.Litchfield just to name a few

Yep, early premiership favourites for mine.

After watching the interleague game on friday night, you would have to feel for BB Saints with Murphy doing his hamstring and with Storey struggling to walk after the game. Not sure what storey did, but he didnt look good.
clubs allow their best players to play if they choose to and for two injuries to come out of the game to both bb players, you would have to think that maybe next year bb will think twice about letting their best players play?

ATS any news on both of those players? you would need them both fit to take on holbrook in the coming weeks.

Murp's hammy is nowhere near as bad as first thought. probably only going to miss a couple of weeks. Although we probably needed him this week against Holbrook.

I didn't see the game friday night so not too sure what the "storey" is behind Big Stores, although i heard he was played off the bench. So he probably didn't take to being played like that. His big and aging body probably couldn't handle the cold or the fact that he was constantly warming up and then going cold. My mail has him as an 89.9% starter this week.

I heard it was Big Storey's neck or shoulders that he was having trouble with, I'm not surprised though, understandable that the neck is starting to faulter, carrying that huge head around is a full time job. Im surprised Ryan isnt having similar problems. They are of a disadvantage when opposed to Cassidy, at least Cas can catch the updraft of the wind with his ears and help hold up his head.

You are a tosser mate.. Seriously you have nothing better to do with your time then to pay out far better footballers then yourself.. Either that or you are in love with the storey boys & cass, and they do not share the same feelings! so you get on here and hang shit on them. Seriously, im not a violent person but i would say if i ever met you, we might come to blows. Im pretty sure there would be a few blokes from this site that share my views. u need to grow up.. And unless you have something useful to say please "KEEP UR MOUTH SHUT"..

Far better footballer? I do believe my brownlow and 2 premiership medalions would like to beg to differ. But now i have moved up to the gold coast, you wont be able to see me as much.

After having a talk to a few mates, cannot see Dougo and marty bahr going back to osborne before clearences close. Would nearly bet my bottom dollar that bullpup, doigy and cal wont be there until at least next year.
