Crocker isnt the answer. Midfield coach thats getting **** all out of the midfield he coaches. Ben10 has improved, but who else?
Clean out for mine and get an outsider in with a crystal clear gameplan, someone who will drop players when not doing the fundamentals and a coach that isnt afraid to lambaste the playing group or individuals when needed.

Can't judge it like that he might be working to certain guidelines.
By memory the line under Crocker's instruction has usually done well that year.
And Hinkley coached within some unsuccessful regimes but shone when given the main job.
Imo Crocker showed a hell of a lot when he was given the interim job but was never taken seriously as a candidate because JB et al were besotted with an untried and disinterested Buckley.
I wouldn't be against giving Crocker the keys and a 1 year contract to test the water. This would depend on Brad tendering his resignation which I don't want to occur unless we're clearly not going to achieve 2x finals.
