If you could choose one player from any other team at no cost at all who would you choose and why ?

Adelaide: Daniel Talia
Brisbane: Eric Hipwood
Carlton: Charlie Curnow
Collingwood: Brodie Grundy
Essendon: Joe Daniher

Hawthorn: Isaac Smith
Melbourne: Tom McDonald
North Melbourne: Ben Brown
Port Adelaide: Dougal Howard

If I had to choose it would be Charlie Curnow from Carlton, perfect for the Bulldogs very mobile and
very versatile, a very now player with plenty of football ahead of him.

Every team needs different things based on where they are it in list build terms as well as which
players are getting close to the end. If you could add one to your list who would it be and why ?

Patrick Cripps from Carlton... absolutely no contest... would fit in with O'Meara and Mitchell unbelievably and give us a very very strong midfield for the next 7 or so years.

Adelaide: Matt Crouch
Brisbane: Cam Rayner
Carlton: Patrick Cripps!!!!!
Collingwood: Brodie Grundy
Essendon: Dylan Shiel
Fremantle: Nat Fyfe
Geelong: Patrick Dangerfield
Gold Coast: Tom Lynch ;)
GWS: Josh Kelly, Lachie Whitfield, Jeremy Cameron or Phil Davis. It’s quite tough to choose between them.

North Melbourne: Robbie Tarrant
Port Adelaide: Tom Jonas
St Kilda: Jack Steven
Sydney: Lance Franklin
West Coast: Josh Kennedy
Western Bulldogs: Marcus Bontempelli

If I was to pick one player that we do not already have from this list, it would be Patrick Cripps. The guy is so good.

Lots of love for Patrick Cripps which is fair enough, great performance last year in a two win team. Must mention
though that we don't have the "Gatorade Game Changer" yet in normal AFL, just kidding.

Pretty good call. I feel Geelong have had the talent last two seasons to really contest but they have always just been just behind, It's not the talent either because there are periods where the defense looks godly, Midfield will smash, A purple period where Hawkins is looking like a top 3 CHF. just never together, consistently through the season.

Grundy - Could be the best ruck in the comp for the next 5-7 years or whatever. The gap between the best ruck and the rest is pretty huge. Whereas if you compared a top 5 midfielder to a top 30 midfielder the gap simply isn't anywhere near as big.

Harris Andrews from the Lions. He has everything I want from a young key defender and it's a position we aren't strong in, particularly while we wait to see how young Will Kelly develops.

McGovern is an absolute gun and I'd love him too but Andrews is also four years younger. You get potentially 10 years plus of elite KPD service from him.
