I'm not sure what to make of the Sicily tag. I only take notice of these things when it becomes a noticeable pattern (eg Sloane).
Could have been an isolated incident for all we know or other factors that day.
I will likely start with Sicily because of the lack of options around him, but keep some coin in the bank so a reactionary move is possible early on if he stinks it up.
