A liberal dose of realism might see the following occur

Delist: Holland, Beaumont, Barker, Kane, Greene, Scott, Ball, Nixon and Campbell
Trade: one or two of Ladson, Dixon, Miller or Lonie
Recruit: all our draft picks, Andrew MacDougall (WC), Mark Jamar (Melb) or Mark Pattison (Rich)

Realistically, you won't get any superstars in player trades, but if any of these guys can step up in a new environment, then they may be worth a go.

Fringe senior players are all you can expect. At least they've all played senior footy, unlike Bo Nixon.

Wouldn't mind recruiting Pattison only he's contracted and I'd be highly dubious to the fact that Richmond would trade him for any (perhaps all) of the names mentioned. They rate him (rightfully on the little I've seen) highly and a young k/p-ruck prospect for a couple of dodgy flankers and or f/p's wont cut it. Not sure on MacDougall though I know NWolf doesn't rate him.

Jamar doesn't appeal to me much, rather stick with Campbell.. that's how much Jamar doesn't appeal!!

I am a West Aussie Hawks supporter and I see alot of MCdougall in the WAFL...He is a dud. Hea has played most of the season with Perth and they have had a shocking season. He has been a complete crab even with Atkins from west coast dominating up the ground kicking it long to him.....DO NOT TOUCH MCDOUGALL AT ALL PLEASE
