That's it. :thumbsu: It's got a long history Cadiz, and unless I'm forgetting I think it's the longest constantly inhabited city in Europe and was a big player in the connections between the New World (Americas) and the old world in Europe. Tobacco, tomatoes were introduced through there to Europe too.

I found it I think. Is it Seoul in South Korea. I searched Korea and river, after Hanoi, and it makes sense, the buildigns are more affluent.
