The IOWA poll by Selzer has runs on the board. If that poll is correct, then Trump is in a whole world of trouble.

Interesting take

Based purely on trumps planned policies on tariffs and deportations the current economic modelling has the US going into an economic decline larger than the GFC and more possibly as bad as the Great Depression of the 30's

I think there are a lot of folk who are delusional if they think the outcome of the election won't affect them, particularly if trump wins

I'm seeing a lot of these Harris = Clinton posts but I don't know that it's a reasonable comparison. Clinton had a lot of baggage that went beyond just being a woman. I don't think Harris is a particularly charismatic candidate but she was able to fly under the radar in a way Clinton really couldn't.

The other thing is Clinton took the blue wall states for granted, you can’t say that about Harris.

The fact Trump has finished his campaign in North Carolina gives an indication he may be in trouble. He loses North Carolina, his road to victory becomes narrower.

Changing my prediction to 308 - 230. Harris gains North Carolina and loses Arizona. Harris holds the blue wall plus Nevada and Georgia.

Possible surprise is Florida.

This is cute and I didn’t realise this. One tiny hamlet in New Hampshire opens voting from midnight and ALL 6 residents were on hand and have voted and results are in:

3 votes - Harris
3 votes - Orange

The tiniest statistical thing of interest however is that there were NO Democrat voters registered but there were 4 Republicans and 2 Indoendent,

Harris picks up both Independents and one cross over from trump. Roll that out nationally tomorrow and it’s PARTY time

That’s what most are speculating. Hopefully it’s a convincing win by a few states and not just down to one like in 2000 - what a disgrace that was. And I am sure, despite the immense disappointment, that Trumpy would diplomatically concede just like Al Gore did at the time……..NOT

Would SO love that. Hispanics to turn against him along with women in general causing a much bigger loss than odds / polls are predicting is my hope.
