It does mention this, one of the most common underlying medical conditions being obesity. Most obese children are unlikely to pass away anytime soon unless something like COVID contributes to it. Plenty may be classified as vulnerable or with another underlying condition but this does not mean they are likely to die any time soon unless something like COVID comes along as well.
COVID is more dangerous to children than flu.
