Roe vs Wade didn’t align with the Constitution. Abortion is a State issue in America.

There a probably a stack of things that don’t conform/align with the Constitution. The Supreme Courtis stacked and you know it.

Any rate the so called “Protector of Women whether they like it or not” hopefully gets his comeuppance on Tuesday (US time).

I’d suggest any women that dies in a state where abortion have been banned, the family should sue the state and especially so if the woman isn’t allowed to get treatment in another state.

Look forward to debate being over as posters I normally like reading I am seeing their posting styles (it’s not their opinions or views) but the way they are going about things very different to the footy forum.

Mate, your take on odds? Harris got out to 2.7 and now back into 2.4. And thoughts on overall result? Do you see the massive early polling numbers (females by over 10% nationally), Dems lower propensity voters making a good share of their votes whilst Republicans are getting their expected votes early a positive? Your take on things overall?

Still think Arizona and Nevada go red but hopefully Harris wins the rest inc a good upset in Nth Carolina, and the Latin insult will hurt Trump much more than Bidens clumsy “garbage” comment mainly only insulting rusted on GOP voters

I am thinking the surprise will be that a fair portion of the early republican ballet returns will be for Harris. MAGA style is to show up on voting day.

Someone can only sue a party at fault. A law is a law and it cant be sued. And frankly we cant blame Drs who we all know will be scapegoated by politicians. Because to make a point, a patient who dies the politicians will say that they had to give the baby every chance to survive. Thats the risk of having a baby. But the patient who survives, sure as shit politicians will lead a massive public pro life witch hunt to determine why the baby was terminated early and regardless of the medical needs of the mother, it will 100% be determined it was an illegal abortion and the doctor sacked and likely imprisoned along with the mother.

This may sound far fetched but they have every intention of treating this issue like murder.
