Imagine you are Mark Zuckerberg reading the US election thread realising how easily certain people can be manipulated and realising you can get a piece of the action? Especially knowing that the main people who still use your platform (FB) are already known to be susceptible to misinformation.

And another thing, those on the right go on about free speech but it isn’t an argument about free speech it is an argument about misinformation. The stupid ones on the right get so easily persuaded without checking the details.
