What's happening with Redden at WCE is the same reason he was released from Brisbane. He can't hit targets under no pressure or pressure. Not good enough for the position he plays

Cant see Leppitsch surviving past the GWS game at the Gabba.

For all their bluster Swann and Matthews will be looking quite the fools. I expected better from two of the most experienced footy people in the game.

Here's hoping we can grab a real motivator for a coach and just as importantly the AFL throw us an extra mil or so so we can upgrade our footy department.

He'll last. I don't think the board expect anything from the rest of the season.

I just cant see how as a club we can go into next season with him at the helm.

Our consistency of poor performance is almost at Neeld like levels (though our losing margins arent quite as great as Melbournes were)

It's been the plan since day one though with the list overhaul. They probably hoped for 5 or 6 wins this year but I don't think they'll change the plan or admit it was a shit call.

I dont think anyone anticipated a crisis of this level though. Anyway Hopefully we have a late season surge and grab 4 wins or so

Indeed. The fact we arent seeing 150 point floggings is IMHO due to the reasonable amount of quality on our list. Despite our issues we still have some quality. I honestly think we have the potential to be one of those teams that 'comes out of nowhere' when things finaly click. A new coaching team might be the spark.

There is no justifying this season. We've won 1 game and seem to suffer a heavy loss every week. 1 game!
Leigh Matthews once said of Voss that his "numbers didn't add up" and that change was "inevitable" - Leppa's numbers are that far off even getting a pass mark that it's not funny.
We've been repeating the same garbage for seasons on end and need a complete overhaul. The Groundhog Day scenario each game is tiresome, benefits the club, players and supporters in no way, and shouldn't be allowed to continue beyond the bye.

I tend to agree. Its a little optimistic perhaps but anything could happen with the right team in charge

We are worse then when port sacked primus mid year.

If this how leppas "game plan"is going after 2.5 years then he needs to go.

The remaining faithful that rock up to the gabba every 2nd week are getting very restless and i have heard talk about not renewing next year if leppa is still at the helm.

We need hope for 2017 and i think a new coach will deliver that.

I feel like this sock has an agenda, but I just can't work out what.
