How can he possibly be the worst player in the AFL?

The worst AFL player is a guy who isn't good enough to get a callup, and promptly gets delisted.
Tambling isn't the most capable guy out there but saying he's the worst player in the AFL is just bloody stupid.

Everyone praises Richo but when it comes to the crunch re Richmonds poor skills he is the king. Time and again, he misses very easy shots on goal, costs his team dearly with his misses.
You realise Richo over the course of his career has average 3 goals 2 behinds? Locket 4.8 goals 2 behinds, Dunstall 4.7, 2 behinds, Ablett Snr 4.2 goals near on 3 behinds?

Stop this fallacy of Richo being worse than any other key forward in the history of the game.

I reckon his confidence is just shot. Yesterdays game was laughable with the skill errors. The doggies didn't exactly set the ground alight but I lost count of the amount of times the Tigers completely missed the mark with a short chip kick that resulted in the ball being swept down the other end for a goal.

Tambling was awful but he wasn't alone. The Tigers have talent on the list, the point is they are being coached into oblivion. Is there a gamplan?? do they concentrate on skills during training??

I think it is a bit harsh to say Tambling is the worst player. He is terrible at the moment, but hopefully he can come good and be a decent player, maybe at another club.

I think the recruiting manager at Richmond, should cop some of the blame. Their recruiting for the last 5 years has been poor, Tambling, JON, Cleve Hughes, are all ordinary, De Ludio should be a better player than he is, the only recent draftees Richmond have got that will be any good are Reiwoldt and Cotchin.
