I've spoken to my insiders and this is the plan.
We will take our first 4 picks , pick up Lalor, Langford and Smilie, then offer two of these picks 18 , 20 and 23, to desperate clubs for a future pick and a slide down the order by us.
We will then offer pick 24 to the highest bidder.
So we will have picks 1 6, 10, 11 and something like 22, 25 and 30 .
We will take 3 future picks into next year, probably two 1st rounders and a second rounder..
In effect , turning 8 picks into 7 picks this year and 3 next year = 10 picks.

Again, why the **** would my club (or any other with an upcoming academy or father son selection) need to waste a heap of first rounders on unknowns? We know we’re already getting the awesome players we’ve developed that clearly want to taste success and don’t want to play for bottom feeders like Richmond
