You would have thought the club in its research would have thought It had hoped to get better response over the jumper change.
Its very sad to see but blueing amongst fellow supporters is terrible.
Love or hate the new jumper. Things are different now.
Who can help repair things. Whats Rick Hart doing these days?
Where is a voice of unity to bring doubters of the new rebrand from the club. Havent seen the Ceo of Pres step up and say, come on purple people. lets give it a chance.
Instead at our home game so far this year. All i saw was a quietened crowd.
Fix this and unite the fans once more.
I agree wholeheartedly
Before October last year, I would come onto BF and the only disagreements would be concerning the on-field issues affecting the team. Otherwise, we were all united behind the "process"
Ever since October I've begun to notice that things have changed. Supporters are now constantly disagreeing over the rebranding that the club has done and I've never seen a supporter base more divided.
Enough is enough. Something has to be done about this or else we risk a supporter base implosion and we don't want or need that.
can you provide a link or a photo of the article in question for those of us in melbourne?
Poor Brock - he actually devalues a jumper by wearing it.
Found this in another area of Bigfooty from Thursdays West.

I have no time or sympathy for jim kidd, he has for along time made small retailers suffer by dropping his prices unreasonably. Jim Kidd has completely bastardised the sports store industry running alot of smaller stores out of business. There is a general understanding in retail that you try and keep new season stock at full price for at least half a season. I know most retailers now discount from the start of a season, the reason they do this is to increase market share as being large companies they are not relying on making a profit to merely survive. These price wars are obviously at the detriment to your small retailer. Spare a thought for the small independent sports store who cant afford to drop his price to 79.95 as he needs to make his margin just to pay his wages and rent. When the smaller stores are all run out of business you will be left with a handful of large chains ala what we have now in the supermarket industry.
Now I know many people on here couldnt give a shit about small business and this has more to do with there vendetta against the club for changing the guernseys but dont for one minute feel sorry for Jim Kidd. Im actually glad ISC has the balls to stand up to Jim Kidd, for too long manufacturer's have just given into him due to his buying power. The next time you go to Jim Kidd to save your 10 bucks just remember you arent supporting one of the "little guys".
