Jake king is contesting the fine....so he should on the TV it looked as if the trainer pushed him first, but then again the way the MRP treats us he could get 6 weeks.

Kingy had a bad game and would be wise not to make it worse by acting the hero when the game is gone. Was stunned that he would contest that, just take your medicine and move on.

As for the MRP... how the **** hasnt Hudson got something to answer for? He had no intention of going for the ball. Didnt look at it once!

Richmond's Jake King has had his fine for pushing a Western Bulldogs trainer reduced.

King was charged with a first offence for misconduct in making unnecessary contact with the trainer in the final quarter of the clash on Sunday.

A first offence for misconduct is a $1600 sanction, reduced to $1200 with an early plea.

He chose to contest the match review panel's finding and had the penalty cut to $800.

Fyfe cleared, King fined
