He's an enigma thats for sure. If he can play like that against a good side hes welcome in the 22. No evidence to date this year suggests he's capable of this form against the top six or so sides.

But he is in my best three this week, so good on you Molly.

after over coming his injury about 5 weeks ago, he has really started playing the way he should, against freo he had a **** one. but he is starting to work his way back up. he does do alot of the hard stuff, assists in goals alot if you saw last weeks game with his flair handpasses etc.

thank you thank you... i can see wats going on, i aint gonna bag someone that doesnt need bagging, i dont join in on picking on guys unless there just ****house like matty richardson. good game moooo

Well I think BOG performance, he even went onto the ball in the last and had a hoot of a time. Pity I can`t post on LSD .... this is the time they need me, LoL.

Morg, you like most of the others that called for his head are a fool. MM knew what he was doing, the first half of the season was an extension of the Wizbang Cup, as long as we won our share it really didn`t matter how we played.

I`m certain if molly`s contract is not renewed he will retire, he will not go onto another Club and start again IMO.

Yeah he played well, about time for all the faith that has been shown in him. When he playes another six like that he will have squared the ledger for the year.

Let him do that to a top 6 side and credit will flow, not a Bitchmond side that any un-biased judge would say is at rock bottom. A Step in the right direction but a way to go yet.

A guy who has turned his career around is Brodie Holland, 6 solid games as a mid-fielder/tagger with pace and skills.

Never been a big fan of the guy myself, but I do feel obliged to pay tribute to Jarrod Malloy on this thread for a small gesture in the final quarter against the Tiges on Friday evening.

Rory Hilton had just selflessly backed into an oncoming train in the form of Anthony Rocca, ultimately finding himself with broken ribs as a reward for his bravery.

Jarrod Malloy could have run off - after all, his opponent was lying prostrate on the ground - but he stopped and gave a brief check as to the welfare of Rory. It was only minor, and you may not have noticed the gesture in your celebrations of a strong Rocca grab, but it appeared to be Jarrod Malloy's way of showing appreciation for a courageous act by an opponent. Bloody good on him, I say.

Compare this to the week before when the Tigers played Geelong. After being the dominant player on the ground for three quarters in a losing team, Mark Coughlan backed into a pack in the Geelong goalsquare, where Mooney was too tall for him and marked strongly. Not content with the mark over an otherwise out-sized opponent (who really had no obligation to go up against someone else's man anyway), Mooney preceded to patronising rub Coughlan's head into the turf.

The fact that Mooney had done nothing else for whole game up until that point, nor that Coughlan will undoubtedly be around and dominating AFL footy games long after Mooney plays his last game in the Bellarine League, obviously did not occur to the Geelong player at the time.

Anyway, I guess winners are grinners. Thankfully some of them, such as Jarrod Malloy, can enjoy some humility in their success.

Very bloody happy with the new Brodie. Starting to kick a couple of goals each week as well as perform well all over the ground.

And Ghosty, you often see oppostion players do stuff like that, checking, helping up, having a laugh, but it's nice to see all the same.:)

For those that watch Molly week in week out, this wouldn`t surprise any of those people in the least. He was asked about why he felt after we destroyed Footscray he had to shake every Doggies hand, his reply was after his time at Fitzroy he knows what they are going through. Seems he has never forgotten where he came from, if only all players had the same attitude.

Best game at the club for Jarrod and he couldn't have chosen a better time to have it.

Waiting for him to do it against the Brisbane's, Port's, etc.

Still, I'm happy for him to run into some form.

BTW according to MMM, he was offered a 1 year contract by the club.

1 game does not make him a champion.
I stand by my original comments.
BTW I am happy to retract them them at any stage after MooBoy plays ... say 5 consecutive games, the way he played last week.
