Jeans....where can I find me a decent pair?

So I got suckered in at Roger David the other day, and bought a pair for $55, reduced from $180.

3 weeks later, the belt loopings have pretty much all torn. I've never had that happen before :S

So with a day off tomorrow, figure I might head down to Chapel St, or Melb Central and find me a new pair or two.

Any suggestions for where to go?

Louis Epstein on Chapel St will have what you're looking for. Expensive though, but they'll last and only get better with time.

I went to the South Melbourne market and bought 3 pairs and a shirt which were an absolute bargain. They weren't some bullshitty brands either, Lee which was good. Best of all you can bargain with the chaps there too. I thoroughly recommend heading down there, I don't think you'll be disappointed

You can get good quality jeans at Jeans West, or go to David Jones and get a pair of Calvin Klein. Both will last almost forever.

If anyone was wondering - Blahaus (down near Rebel Sport) had pairs of jeans for $25, reduced from $100. Only in 38 though I think.

When i visited west i bought Jeans West,they are crap,the jeans i bought from them,the fly comes down when you walk.Their is only Levi who make good jeans and Lee,but they mainly for women.

Yeah, had the same problem with Jeans West too. Molto embarassing.

Just Jeans had some decent shit too, but refused to buy stuff from there out of principle, after the salesgirl was just plain rude.
