Martin Boyle I think is the Scottish guy who is in the same boat.

Fran Karacic was born in Croatia, couldn't speak a word of English and was picked for Australia.

These are particularly extreme examples and can be taking the piss but this is world sport these days. The UAE and Qatar wouldn't have any national teams in anything if they had to pick home grown blokes.
 
Tony Cascarino was capped 70 odd times for Ireland and fessed up after he retired that he never even eligible to play for them.

Africa and to a lesser extent South America are hotbeds for ineligibility after the fact.
