It just shows you that HE is one of the best sets shots in the comp.

and probaly the only player that you would choose to kick to save your life!

after the game showed how emotional that win was based on the whole team effort

well done mate and hope you kick a bag next week :)

I was just thinking "geez it's a shame jack hasn't kicked any", and them bam, he slots that beauty through. Just another example of quality over quantity. This'll definitely be a huge boost to his confidence.

lol what a silly comment when talking about goals kicked.

So you would rather him kick 10 goals a year if they were all fantastic than if he kicked 100 in a year.

those were crocodile tears for the camera, he was lapping up the attention no man can be that much of a cry baby for real, academy award..

that was a good goal by anthony, however Tippets was wayyyy better and was a potential match winning goal in its own right, it was the same amount in pressure in the context of the game.

It was less pressure, actually, as even if he missed Collingwood wouldn't lose.

Agree, but that takes nothing away from Anthony's goal.

Great to see two player who can kick "sealers" under immense pressure.

**** me, this board if full of testosterone pumping w***er males. Jack was crying out of pure happyiness for what he did; winning the game off his boot. This is something any footballer dreams of, and he is obvously very happy for it. It's nice to see some passion for once, instead of the usual boring expressions from players after they win.

I loved the fact that he teared up after the game. He just got caught up in the moment and showed me that it really meant something to him to get the team over the line, especially after barely being sighted the rest of the night. I'll take some emotion like that any day from a player over tired "credit to the boys" cliches. Good on Jack for not just being a robotic macho man with no feeling, and for not being afraid to show how he feels :thumbsu:
