In his first act as Captain of the new side "The Vics", Deestroy was pleased to today announce the signing of fellow former Raider Kid Dynamite.

"It's great news for the club, and personnaly, that a former Raider has decided to join the fold. As captain of a new side, it's important to know your players for team unity, and this will really help."

Kid Dynamite, a former Raider batsman, is said to be pleased with the move, while Deestroy announced the signings wouldn't end there.

"We are currently in discussions with a number of players about joining up, and you can expect further announcements shortly."

He stopped short of naming names, but it was clear that another former Raider may be joining the fold at The Vics.
 
Cool we now have 21 Players which means that we need 3 more players for "The Vics" team.

Cant wait for this thing to start up.

Good Work Deestroy. We could have our team in no time.

Add to this that a Croc, could be returning to his home state...
 
At a hastly formed press conferance, barely 20 minutes after the announcement of another signing, former Crocs player BT has joined the fold. The signing comes as another big win for The Vics, who are believed to have more signings just waiting in the wings.

"Yeah I'm stoked at the way things are going, BT is a great cricketer who will strengthen the club greatly. The club is really set up for a good season."

BT, an all-rounder, had only recently signed with the Crocs when Deestroy convinced him The Vics was the place to be. More signings are said to be coming.

The rumours were proven correct today, as Deestroy announced the signing of former Raider bowler koulagirl22 to The Vics player list.

"It's great to have another former Raider on the list. Koulagirl will be an important part of the sides development squad, who we hope will shine this year."

The signings didn't end there, as footyman and Lamby29 have also been added to the evergrowing Vics squad. Deestroy looked pleased as he announced the futher signings.

"Both players form have been great at the lower levels, and I think they will really add to the club."

Preperations are just about complete for the 2 Victorian sides, and with so much talent on both lists, they will be very hard to beat this year.
 
Cool the Mighty Vics team is finished!!

Hopefully we can get this thing started soon.

The Vics have announced one final signing today, with the recruitment of CowboyFromHell.

"It's a pleasure to welcome him to the club, he has played some great junior cricket this year"

When questioned about the Cowboys role in the side, Deestroy downplayed suggestion the squad was too large.

"We needed another batsman to stregthen the squad, especially for those batsman friendly wickets where the extra depth is needed. He will be another member of our development squad who will get limited exposure this season."

The signing completes The Vics complement of 15 players, with the full detailed player list to be released soon.
