Haha its pretty funny how cocky a few wins can make you Melbourne supporters. You've been the laughing stock of the AFL for the last three years and now because you've suddenly won a few games you're the "next powerhouse". Pffft you're clubs a failure you haven't won a premiership in over 40 years, how does it feel? Oh yeah and not to mention the fact that you're club wasted pick 1 on a complete spud. It must hurt.

I find it funny that you can bag Jack Watts when you picked Michael Hurley, who had upwards of 8 goals kicked on him last week, with 3 by none other than Leigh Brown.

And we don't call ourselves the next powerhouse, outsiders do. We can't help that the media and opposition (Voss) can see how good we are going to be.

Finally some truth from a Melbourne supporter, its unfortunate you ruined it with that last line.

Watts is already ahead of Essendon's entire forward line.
Williams is going downhill.
Hurley is currently playing in the backline.
Gumbleton has been in the system longer and still hasn't shown much.
Jetta is a hack who can't get a regular game.
Hardingham is just starting out, but reminds me of a young Robbo. He'll be a good forward down the track.
Alwyn Davey is a poor man's Aaron Davey.
Neagle is a useless fat spud, who was only drafted because of his old man. He's had many years in the system and is still in and out of the side.
Prismall is stuck at Bendigo, even Knights thinks he's shit. Only looked good due to the quality surrounding him at Geelong.
Don't see anybody there who would take a spot from Watts.

If you would honestly second guess taking any of those players you're a **** stick who has a genuine lack of footy knowledge.

I would have no shame in admitting the players I'd take from Melbourne (mostly consisting of midfielders) but if you would "maybe" take Ryder or Hurley you've got no clue.

haha get over yourself mate, Jamar has been doing solo for most of the year and doing it well... why would i want a 23 year old ruckman (or 22 whatever) in Ryder to sit in the Ressies????? Why would i want hurley when we have Garland, Rivers and Frawley all playing well at the moment, and tall forwards like Watts and Jurrah to develop as well as probably another one from this draft... both are excellent players, but i don't see why melbourne would need them....

By saying you have Jurrah and Watts is a lame excuse you can never have enough talent especially when its elite talent. You Melbourne supporters are always saying how Jurrah plays as a third tall anyway. Let me guess you wouldnt want Jack Riewoldt either
