While they have no definite match for the DNA, then there will still be suspicion that the parents/family/friends were involved. They are going to look pretty silly if it turns out to be someone who has already been convicted of a similar murder(s) or a murder in Boulder. I have wondered if they have decided to just be satisfied that this person is in jail and unlikely to be released, so they have no motivation to add JonBenet's murder. If the latest tests determines they have a profile, then it should be enough to submit it for DNA phenotyping and generate an image. I wonder why they haven't tried that.
The James Bulger murder was perpetrated by a psychopath/paedophile. I'm not sure BR has shown any of those traits? From memory they've done tests and shown a ~ 9 year old is capable of inflicting the head injury, and the DNA sample is being questioned as to whether it's accurate or not.
Whether he did it or not, I don't think it can be ruled out as being 'possible' for a child of that age, and we've seen a number of cases over the years of younger children being violent e.g. the Bulger murder.
It seems all very personal. Maximum pain & crueltyJohn's image featured in a magazine as well, boasting record profit for his company and that was kept in the office. Someone defaced it.
I think the intruder had been going in and out of that house for a while and they killed JonBenet, with all the hatred they felt towards John taken out on her.
Then that sneaky ransom note, which further extended the torture and caused so much confusion.
Maybe it was intended to be that way, to divide & conquer? Blame for her abduction/death is on JR and create suspicion that PR was involved via the note. The ransom note is the biggest thing that points to the Ramsays imo.

So why did you include it then?Different scenario, not sure how accidentally killing a family member would match up with other behaviours.
So why did you include it then?
And you muddy the water even more by asserting that it was an accident.
Nah, you introduced it here to suit your narrativeSeems to me like you've not only misread what I wrote, you've read way more in to it than was written.

Was the note written in the note pad? If so, was it the 1st page or pages deep in the pad?The ransom note is the biggest thing that points to the Ramsays imo.
You only have to read the first line of the ransom note and the hoax is revealed.
“We represent a small foreign faction faction”
You’re not foreign to yourself.
The so called kidnapper was even kind enough to give John’s business a plug in the ransom note.
the note just screams to me that patsy wrote it while she and John were deciding what to say.
An handwriting expert also analysed the ransom note and found over 200 similarities to patsy’s known writing.
Yeah, Venables is neither of those 2 things & 10yr olds can't be psychopathsThe James Bulger murder wasn't committed by a psychopath or paedophile. Two ten year old boys killed him.

And for reasons known only to John and Patsy, they could never admit that it was someone they knew who killed their daughter. So, they are guilty not of murdering their own child but by helping to obfuscate the truth.
100%I would burn the world down to uncover the truth of my childs murder - no matter the personal cost to me
If it was a ''friend'' - gone. Work colleague - gone . Boss - gone
Son - gone and given all the love and help they need

100%
My theory relies on someone having something dangling over John and/ or Patsy that is so heinous they were forced into compliance. Who knows - only the actual murderer/s. I'm just throwing my hat into the ring because I'm at home, and too hot to do much else!
The Ramsays weren’t cleared by the bolder police department.Admittedly, I am no Ramsay scholar, but for what it's worth I'd bet my house that Burke is neurodivergent, and I feel so heartwrenchingly sorry for the life he's lived. The spotlight he was forced under and will never escape makes me so sad for him, not to mention the ongoing accusations even after he has been publicly cleared by the Boulder PD.
I reckon it was an intruder. But not someone unknown to the Ramsay family. For whatever reason, which I'm 100% certain none of us will ever know, someone wanted to hurt John and Patsy whilst at the same time throw suspicion on them. Someone with a bitter axe to grind took their revenge by killing the brightest thing in their world - JonBenet. And for reasons known only to John and Patsy, they could never admit that it was someone they knew who killed their daughter. So, they are guilty not of murdering their own child but by helping to obfuscate the truth.
Whole case is bafflingly tragic. Just my two cents.
From what I remember there was writing embedded under the pages also the start of another random note on the bin.Was the note written in the note pad? If so, was it the 1st page or pages deep in the pad?
The sharpie used was said to be that of Patsy's & it was put back to it's correct holder. Could the note have been written using onother of the same type of sharpie?
I don't think it was a random intruder either. Someone spent a long time planning this, from the note (long rambling, confusing, filled with hope & also terror) to the day (christmas), everything was deliberate.Admittedly, I am no Ramsay scholar, but for what it's worth I'd bet my house that Burke is neurodivergent, and I feel so heartwrenchingly sorry for the life he's lived. Who made this claim?those that have researched thoroughly )he is known to have anger issues including whacking his sister with a golf club in the face
Who made this claim?
Patsy ramsay herself. Although the Ramsays tried to downplay it as an accident it required a trip to the emergency,Who made this claim?
Pretty sure they mentioned it in the Netflix doco as well.
Sensationalism!Patsy ramsay herself. Although the Ramsays tried to downplay it as an accident it required a trip to the emergency,
Also neighbours have claimed to see outbursts over the years
