I've been told that Geelong is chasing Trav Jonstone. Don't know how true it is but my source (ha ha) says that the want high picks and kelly. I think the gfc would be off thier rocker if they took it, kelly is as good now as jonstone and will be twice as good as the squib in a year or two.

Can't say I've heard that rumour is, but in any case, I do not wanna trade Kelly. Johnston being offered for a trade for him, no sorry I don't think so. And they want more with a high draft pick... We'll be right!

There is no way Mark Thompson and the rest of the match committee will trade away the future of Geelong like that. I doubt that we'll do very much trading at all in this period.... certainly not one of our talented young players like James Kelly that's for sure!!

Where did this rumour come from?? I haven't heard it anywhere else. Yeah, 95% of trade talks are just educated guesses, and I suspect this falls in the 95%.

People speculate everything. If they hear a minor chance of a player being traded they jump to conclusions. But the fact is none will be true, so people are just waisting their time.
