Big year for Treacy. Showed a lot of promise year 1 then a broken preseason and glandular fever derailed his year last year and he found himself behind a few other KPFs at Freo.

Rumoured to have serious interest from Vic clubs and how he goes this year will have massive implications on where he signs and how much for as well as any trade value.

Wouldnt expect him to sign on any time soon if he does re-sign eventually

Did you start this because he's been getting left in the WAFL and there is reports the Dockers are chasing Naughton and Georgiades?

Looks set for a big year after some promising signs despite a poor run of injuries and illness. Would be gutted to seem him leave without getting a proper crack.
I remember watching him live in 2021, only his 6th game, against the Dogs at Optus. Had never heard of the guy, and he comes out built like a brick shithouse (from a distance looked like a Sean Darcy clone). My Freo supporting mate kept insisting that this obviously 30 year old man was only 18. Ended up having a really good game, kicking 3. Pity about all the injuries, he obviously has talent and Freo are desperate for his type in the side considering Taberner is so often injured

Probably the most exciting part of his skill set: chases and tackles like a player half his size. Plus has the mongrel in him too that you want to see from your big keys when splitting packs

I hope he stays....

Freo just lost Rory Lobb in a trade last season.

Dockers do have Taberner who is 197 cm but he is old and inury prone. So the only KPFs that are Jye Amiss and Josh Traecy.

I hope at worst Traecy plays 10-12 games this season.

. He'll play. His kicking action is beautiful and he can take a strong grab.

Freo may need to cough up a bit to retain him.

Lobb was a disenfranchised and arguably selfish individual whom quite frankly your club is better off without (especially after recent media comments slamming Longmuir and your footy club)

Amiss looks like being a solid KPF prospect in years to come, hopefully Tracey can cement his spot in Freo's outfit this season and sticks with your rising footy club, who are going places.

Well Jesse Hogan was a cancer in the Dockers locker room too apparently.

Funny thing was both Lobb and Hogan both were traded in the 2018 trade period.

I said that Lobb was a better pick up than Hogan and would last longer on freos list. I turned out to be right.

Glad to have Both Amiss and Traecy on the dockers list.

Glad that freos rebuild is done and contending for finals again.

This thread is based off that rumour that he'll leave if he doesn't play which is why if he kicks 30 goals he won't leave because that would probably take him 20+ games to do.

He's probably fighting for a spot with Amiss right now?

I can't see all of Tabener, Jackson, Amiss and Treacy playing in the same forward line.
He's winning right now vs Amiss.
