Okay, this thread is probably 3 or 4 months too early, but just wondering who people think will be wearing the numbers no longer in use.

So far the free numbers are:
#2 - Carr
#7 - Krakwhore
#13 - Thompson
#16 - Tredrea

I'd like to see Brett Ebert move to #7.

Not only his old Magpies number and Russell's number, but could be just one of those little minor changes that helps him get back to his best.

Ebert's been in #33 his entire career.

I think someone like Hitchcock, Butcher, Moore or Banner will probably end up with #7.

I reckon Moore will get the number 2, number 7 to Pittard, and D Stewart to get the 16.

Its so far away though!

I had an idea for a never ending football season. My hypothesis was that a clear winner would become evident after hundreds of years. There could be a cup every year or two as well, to replace finals.
