RICHMOND is continuing to build its coaching team, with Brisbane Lions triple premiership player Justin Leppitsch joining Damien Hardwick’s new team.

Really sad to see a loyal servant of the club move on but that's life in the professional footy ranks these days.

I'm basing it on the fact he has gone(yes,to broaden his experience).

If he didn't get another offer I doubt he would have been sacked and would still be with us under some sufferance.

I concur. The effen treacherous SOB. He was a hack anyway. What did he do at the Lions? He run the defense into the ground and look what he did with Roe. He took an accomplished CHB and made him into a nervous, fumbling hack. Surely someone worthy of a spot on the Richmond list. Richmond and he deserve each other.

Hey, he's going to Richmond, may as well give him a bit of the medicine he is going to get over there as soon as the honeymoon is over.
