So hundini have you rang dean and let him know who the traitor at the club is??? you could even send an anonimous letter if you felt some misplaced loyalty to this traitor...

or do you prefer to allow the cancer to grow from within???

Rooboy, I hear your concerns, but my opinion is that this is a manifestation of the problems happening at the club currently and not the cause of the problems.
I reckon all things aren't well for whatever reason and that's why people are becoming disenchanted.
No one likes to be made a scapegoat and it seems there is a lot of fingerpointing going on behind the doors.

BY the way I am not the media, or anyone of any influence, so by having a discussion with me is hardly spreading any 'disease'.
If someone of inside a club wanted to fuel to the fire, they could easily leek more potent information to people in the media.

I will say again, nothing I relayed is vicious or a personal derision towards anyone. Actually most of the information is positive towards current and past plaeyrs.

if you are correct and it is a manifestation of the problems happening at the club currently... then one way to set things straight... is to stop this from happening and maybe the flow on effects will be positive...

or just spread unfounded rumours on a chatboard... so was it a paid representative of the club??? or just a loud mouth drunk from the social club???

If nothing is vicious or a personal derision towards anyone... why did you type the following???

It is now obvious to me that we (NMFC) are self destructing atm.

....Because this is MY opinion.

I am not used to watching my team play with an effort that is highly questionable. Most pundits are saying a similar thing....many of our players appear to be playing disinterested (excempting Arch, who I feel for immensely).

A true indicator of thing's not being right at the top.

Theres way to much negative talk here. Was the big board always like this, or is it just that we're having a bad year.
Anyways i reckon we did particularly well to make the fnals last year i was bloody proud of the way we played. Especially in those come from behind victory's (remember Shagga against the Saints ?), So good.
We have the second half of the season to look forward to. Wells establish himself as one of the best in the game. Jesse W and Swallow show great signs for the future, Cant wait !

Oh yeah and watching the Dish kick goals and dominate in the ruck is going to be awesome, Show all the doubters he can play.

Go Roos.

Had an interesting conversation with a member of the NMFC inner sanctum last night (Not coaching staff, but involved in football dept).

As someone said in another thread, is it similar to early 90's in Shimma's time.

the key words are It is now so previous to the chat you were not that concerned... but after the non vicious or a personal derision towards anyone chat... you find It is now obvious...

sadly this board is getting more and more like the old official North board that was forced to be closed by the club due to the negativity it produced...

Rooboy, if your that concerned, let's agree to disagree. You and I arguing over this is not being very productive for anyone anyway.

We'll bounce back, thats what Kangaroos do. We've had it tough for so long like out S**tty club rooms and constant talking of relocation, We were not just going to roll over now that we were not performing on the field for the first time since before the Pagan days. i think we're entitled to a bad patch after all these years. Watch out for us in the second half, we'll win a few games, no way blokes like Simmo and Boomer will let Arch bow out like this.

Cant wait

that sounds cool to me... maybe one day we can sit in our new redeveloped Arden St and enjoy a beer... I can have a chat with you and let you know about the player who is having sex with his one legged sister... think about it before you reply... maybe go to the video shop...

In regards to other times, 1 insider (business) said after the first year that he liked Dean and thought he would work out but that what he said was his direction for the club didn't marry up to what was produced during 2003.

One (un-named) person? Is that it? I'm sure that if you go to any football club, you'll be able to find one person who disagrees with what a coach is doing.

And you're only making this known with the benefit of hindsight. Back in 2003, I think most North fans were reasonably satisfied (if somewhat disappointed at missing the finals) with his first season. And I think most of us were reasonably optimistic about the future at that stage.

the more I think about this the more I think the sister has no legs at all... I am going to have to check into this...

That's harsh. According to some BF members last year, Trotter is our best small defender & was verging on Hall of Fame nomination.

Good to see Harding will be elsewhere next year.

Jason McCartney was a true professional - I used to watch him train a fair bit & he was always out on the track for an extra 30min at the completion of training.

Rooboy.... IMO nothing said was savage or detrimental to the current state of the club. A few insights in to the situation of some present & past players and also the off field reactions to 2006 on field performance.

No need for you to over react. Nothing I mentioned is groundbreaking stuff
But I was excited to here about Moran & Urch being able for a likely start soon.

Yes, there wasn't anything shattering news there. Of course Laidley is under pressure, and there will be questions asked. And the insight on the players has already been stated by others - all that's different is this is coming from the club. Nothing wrong with an honest self-appraisal.

well then lets name this person... as you said nothing wrong with some an honest self-appraisal... lets see if the club agrees with this...
