Huge reset on the centre market.
APY has gone from $13.5 to $18m with Creed.

Interesting to see if we get a deal done with Trey Smith, the guard market has exploded so if we don't we are probably losing both he and Thuney after this year which will be very tough to replace.

Juju is back!

Not sure how I feel about this

Good middle of the field target that has a really good understanding of when to sit down in a zone, has a good connection with Mahomes.

He will act as injury cover for Hollywood, as contrary to his speed he is better intermediate than deep threat.
Also a bigger body that they can throw the back shoulder contested ball to which they haven't really got in the room at the moment.
He's like WR5 so it's purely rounding out the depth which is good.

Getting more DE help via trade is also a positive.

So the roster is looking ok.
Probably still have concerns at CB2 and Dline but the hope is the scoring is up this year to accommodate for maybe a step back in defence.

Carson Steele looked really good against Chicago. Two quality RBs to complement the improved WR stocks. Next Thursday can't come quick enough.

Prediction.
They pull out something against the Raiders and the play gets discussed after the game.
Will be named after her song or something, probably includes Travis throwing a pass.

So two games in and we are not playing well but sit 2-0. I had thoughts preseason that we may start 0-2 so it’s a great start for a team not close to their best.

Kelce a concern for me, can’t get a sniff and now a Pacheco injury. Too many dropped balls by offense and defensively we are struggling.

Off to the Falcons next, a good win would ease some concerns.

I think they are being really careful with Kelce, the film shows he's getting just as open as normal but they aren't going to him as much.
They aren't limiting his snaps but they aren't riding him into the ground with targets.

So many potential issues though, CB2 is a concern, pass rush outside Jones, running back depth, receiver room is very similar to last year, left tackle concerns.

But wins over two big time contenders means we are about 2.5 wins up on them currently so seeding wise good shape.
Just got to keep stacking the wins.

We probably shouldn’t complain being 2-0 after playing two probable playoff teams but your points are correct. Even Karlaftis has had a slow start.

If Pacheco is out for an extended period I’m not sure with no CEH we have a great deal in the RB. Steele and Perine (who didn’t have a carry today) don’t install a lot of confidence

I don’t by the same worries about our WR, they are better than last season and will only get better as the season progresses

We will bring in Hunt by the sounds.

Big Lou is very good against this team.

This seems to be the new stat to throw around without context.
Also pretty sure it's wrong, last time it was reported it was 17.
He's had 8 that were "free plays" where you draw them offsides and take a shot knowing you got them to jump. Looks a lot better when some context is provided, even better when it's only like 5 that were due to pass interference.

It's a nonsense stat
