hard question haven't really seen much of brown but i saw kennedy this year and looks good so i had to vote for him but i will have a straight up answer next year hopefully if brown doesnt get injured again. :thumbsu:

Is it alright if we can choose both....because we do!:thumbsu:

Haha but I'd prob have Kennedy just because he's shown more then Brown thus far...both will hopefully be prominent forward targets in the years to come tho

thought we were flirting with the idea of putting Brown @ CHB next year?

speaking of, is he starting training with the rest of the 1-4 years tomorrow?! :thumbsu:

Way too early to tell.

Some guys take 2 plus years after a knee reco.

I had one in 2006 and Im still having physio (mind you that maybe because the first physio ****ed up)

Brown is special, but there is something about Kennedy that is even more special.

It will be interesting to see where we play Brown. I read on the Collingwood board that Malthouse is playing N Brown in the backline to help him learn the game and improve his skills and that he will in the end be moved up forward. Maybe we might be doing the same thing?

IMO i see Mitch as a forward, he is a naturally attacking player. I will always remember his first game against Sydney, it was awesome!

All we need is Rich to kick it lace out to Kennedy & Brown.

I still would rather Brown at CHB but it won't bother me if we play him forwards. Personally, I just hope he makes it because there are a lot of fickle supporters that will jump off his band wagon even though hes coming back from a knee reco, if he doesn't show anything in the first 5 mins. Probably explains the reason everyone loves Kennedy atm because of his efforts early this season.

I believe he is training tomorrow, I hope he hasn't added too much upper body muscle during rehab, some on his legs would be good though.:thumbsu:

Shouldn't it be Kennedy vs Brown vs Hansen? Oh I forgot Hansen will be injured.

Your all ****ing delusional. Mitch Brown has more talent in his discarded toenails then JK has in his whole body. Mitch Brown can play FF CHF CHB FB. JK can only play CHF. Mitch Brown is 100kg ball of muscle doing 15.0 beep tests and with agility better then that of most of our midfielders never mind our KPPS

Brown will kick 50+ this year and is in the team well before Josh Kennedy

How can people be saying Brown is better than Kennedy? I know he has a lot of talent but still at AFL level he has only played 5 games, all in 07. He may end up better than Kennedy but at the moment he isn't.

Kennedy has the runs on the board, a few anyway, so he get's the nod.
That's not to say Brown can't come out next year and proven to be a champ player. I hope he does.

Thats like saying Chris Bryan is better then Nicolas Natanui cos hes played more AFL games. Of course someone whose had 3 more year in the system is gonna have played more games.

Fact is Brown showed more in his 5 games with us then Kennedy did in his 9 or so with us. At Carlton Kennedy did nothing.

I'd go with Brown.

Kennedy looks the goods, works hard around the ground, presents himself and has good skills. But doesn't look like he has the weapons to be a match winner, to be able to ever kick a bag Franklin style or dominate at CHF like a Pavlich or J.Brown.

Mitch Brown on the other hand had a phenomenal debut quarter, but we haven't had much chance to see him since. Quietly hoping he can turn into our own superstar KP forward (have the eagles ever had a genuine superstar KP forward??).

Does anyone have any footage of Browns debut game?
