I'm certainly not having a go at him but did anybody else think that Kennedy dropped/missed a few too many marks last night? We know he can take strong grabs but last night he just seemed incapable of holding onto anything. Was it poor delivery, good defending or just an off night?
I know he is (along with Lecras) our best forward and he's second in the Coleman at the moment but I think if he was just able to hold on to a few of those marks last night he might have had that exceptional "break out" game that he hasn't really had yet. I don't expect him to dominate like Jon Brown but I think he's capable of being an A grade, top 50 player in the league if he can just improve 10-20% on games like last night.
Maybe I'm completely "off the mark" but was curious to see if anyone agreed with what I noticed. If he can dominate a game or two it will go a long way to putting our season back on track.
