Kid Crows beat near full strength Poort Power side

Not surprised given the giant colon cleansing the club received last season. Getting rid of a large number of players rids the club from poor club culture that has been engrained since 119. At least they recognized they have had huge trouble developing players from scratch. Hence Stevenson is a good pick up and Wines being a "ready-made" rookie is a plus for them.

I hope for a more vigorous and healthy rivalry based on competetive on ground performance, rather than one based on a shit club with a confused identity continually jealous of/threatened by the cross town "younger" rival club.

The sooner they let go of 1870 and "One Club" and embrace a new modern Port Power the easier it will be to remedy off field woes ( crowds/membership).

Thank you for your insight Mr Know it all :thumbsu:

Just saying you weren't exactly up against world-beaters. It's a bit misleading to say "Kid-Krows (Klan?) beat near full-strength Port" when you had more players with experience isn't it?

I agree. Would be interesting to see how many total AFL games each team had played. Not that I care. Thought there were good signs for both teams.

Fact: On Sunday, Port Adelaide fielded more players yet to play AFL than the Camry Crows.
Fact: Port has the third youngest list in the AFL behind the expansion clubs.

Congratulations on your win though Camrys, fantastic achievement! :)

So you should be in for another cracker year......excellent. :thumbsu:

Top job. Proved my point.

Ironic that the album name/user name for that photo bucket image is Smithfieldbogan. Port Power deserves you and you deserve Port Power.

Wow, What a place Smithfield Plains is.
That is the worst tattoo ive seen.
Thats stuck on him for life. A year that isnt even relevant to Port Power.

Says someone who thinks the Adelaide Football Club was established in 1860? Now that is some hilarious stuff right there :D

Why are crows bragging

Crows looked the worst team overall on the day...

In the only fair game of the day your team looked like utter shite

The outs of the team only 3 of them would have a huge impact

You only beat us by 16 with umpires grace....when we set the benchmark of team playing consecutively In The heatof a 50 point drubbing to the saints

You guys looked terrible biggest losers of the day...

Why the hell are you bragging
First of all I'm not getting involved in the bagging of port after we played them on a back to back. The whole NAB cup is a farce and should be scrapped asap for just a couple of scratch matches and increasing the season to 24 games to make it easier for the draw to be fair.

This bolded part, however, is utter tripe. Which ones of Dangerfield, Thompson, Sloane, Jacobs, Walker, Porplyzia etc etc etc are your "only 3". You need to get your head checked if you think those 6 guys I named wouldnt make an immediate impact.

You got hammered by a c grade saints side who are expected to finish out of the 8 this year in the only fair game

Limped over the line to our B side with no ruckmen and umpires help...

All this with a team that was only missing 3 players worth mentioning..sooo

Tell me why you guys so happy I don't get it I just don't get it
If they were C grade, our squad was E grade. Considering yours was B grade I wouldnt be talking about grading the sides.

No Talia or Rutten either against Port, did Schulz kick a goal??

And Smith was also injured early on.

We were insiped against the Saints.
