it would be an Andy Dalton special where all the best QBs can't/won't play

Most likely. If you take 6QBs for the Pro Bowl, I'd expect the following to be no-brainers:
Brady
Palmer
Rodgers
Wilson
Newton

Then there's a grey area where you have Carr, Dalton, Brees and Rivers.

One of the key moments in Raiders win over the Broncos last Sunday was a fumble recovery on a muffed punt. Long snapper Jon Condo recovered the muffed punt and the Raiders were able to score a touchdown off the turnover. However, with the big play, Condo left the game injured.

"It was great play," said Del Rio. "Obviously they fumbled the ball and [Jon Condo] was able to come up with the ball out of the pile. That's where he suffered that injury. It was a huge moment in the game for us to come up with that turnover."

Condo was unable to come back in the game to snap for the extra point which forced the Raiders to go for two and they weren't able to convert.

This is a situation the Raiders have been in before. Early last season Condo went out with an injury and his replacement, Travis Goethel, had a horrible game, with a high snap on a punt and allowing a blocked punt. It was then the Raiders realized they needed to do a better job of preparing their backup long snapper.

The problem is, the Raiders backup center is Lee Smith who recently had surgery on his hand making him unavailable to perform long snapping duties.

With Condo's return to the game, it was assumed that he was fine, to which Del Rio said "I wouldn't make that assumption. He had tests today and we'll see what we need to do going forward."

"It's not great news coming back. We'll see how it goes. I think there's strong likelihood that we'll have to make the move and bring another guy in."

From the sounds of it, not only will the Raiders have to bring in a long snapper, but Condo's status the remainder of the season is in doubt.

Maybe they will look at getting this guy :-

The Seattle Seahawks have released long snapper and U.S. Army veteran Nate Boyer, the team announced Tuesday. Fox Sports' Jay Glazer first reported the news.

With Seattle in need of a skill position player, the 34-year-old NFL rookie was cut to make room on the roster.

Boyer was signed in May immediately after the NFL draft.

“I’m enjoying every minute,” Boyer said at Seahawks training camp last week. “Obviously I’m working hard and trying to get better and show the world and whoever else what I can do on the field. But at the same time, I’m trying to remember that this may be all I get, so embrace it, enjoy it.”

According to Jay Glazer of FOX Sports, Seahawks general manager John Schneider gave an “emphatic yes” when asked if Boyer could play in the league.

Boyer taught himself the skills of long snapping during the time he spent overseas. At age 29, after tours in Iraq and Afghanistan, Boyer walked on at the University of Texas and became the Longhorns' top long snapper in his last three college seasons.

Boyer was named the 2012–13 Big 12 Sportsperson of the Year.

Raiders quarterback Derek Carr has been sacked just 19 times this season, a number lower than most every quarterback in the NFL.

Carr understands how well the offensive line has protected him this season, and how important these often unheralded athletes are to his success.

Carr showed his appreciation on Tuesday afternoon, when he gave each offensive lineman a 55-inch flat-screen TV for the holidays.

Where King shines is in his short game, which is unusual considering he was a thunder-footed rookie who was saved on injured reserve during Lechler’s last season in 2012.

King has placed 31 kicks inside the 20-yard line with just four touchbacks. He finished last season with a 31-to-3 ratio. Opponents have just 153 punt return yards against the Raiders all season.

He's played in more Playoff Games than the Raiders have this millennium

You're aware that's inaccurate right...

Raiders have been to as many Super Bowls as the Broncos this millennium. But hey, who's counting? The only score I have counted recently is 15-12 :)
