Interesting. Ive switched to LCHF and feel really good most days. However at my soccer training and matches my legs just seem really heavy and tired. Think ill start to introduce more carbs leading up to the times when I have to play.Still having a hard time with athletes on a pure low carb diet, i dont think they exist. That doesnt mean i have reservations about LCHF as im convinced its the healthy option, but some form of carb loading seems to be a must.
