Was he actually diagnosed with mushroom (death cap) poisoning? I'm thinking the reason for his illness was not found.
Don't think they would have necessarily tested for it at the time, but gather they have enough evidence about symptoms.

I doubt they have any evidence to support the charges wrt to her husband. The symptoms are pretty non specific and thousands of illnesses can cause them.
When he has been hospitalised 3 times in mysterious circumstances, all after eating her food... then there is good circumstantial evidence of food poisoning.

Particularly after the deaths of family members is similar circumstances.

It has only been reported in media he was hospitalised once and no link to her food has been publicised by an official source unless you have seen one?

Pretty sure I have read he has been hospitalised 3 times.

No proof. Not even circumstantial evidence. Speculation only.

There is nothing mentioned in that article that sounds like poisoning with deadly nightshade (belladonna poisoning). In particular the 3x trips to theatre for a small bowel problem is not the sort of thing that happens with poisonings.

He was hospitalised for months... hardly a simple bowel issue. Spent 1 stint of 21 days in ICU.

3 attempts on the husband is hell of a coincidence along with what happened to his relatives...

There is nothing mentioned to suggest he was poisoned.
I never said it was a simple bowel issue, I said he claimed to have 3 operations related to a small bowel issue, which is very, very unlikely related to poisoning. I've not seen anything specific about why he needed 3 operations and a spell in expensive care.

Do you believe in coincidences... the 4 poisonings were all just bad luck?

We don't know the nature of the earlier events, there is very little information in the public domain. The story is she tried to poison him 3 times before, but so far it's just a story and evidence free.

I will remind you, Katherine Folbigg was convicted with no evidence she killed her bubbies, none at all, not a sausage. She was convicted on probability alone, because of coincidence.

She has been charged with trying to kill
Him, so fair chance it was poisoning

“One of the dogs, Georgia, found a USB, a micro secure digital card and a SIM card, a Senate estimates hearing was told on Tuesday night.

'Technology Detector Dog Alma found a mobile phone, five iPads, a trail camera, and secure digital card and a smart watch,' AFP Commissioner Reece Kershaw said.

'These were not found during initial searches undertaken by officers.'

The canines are considered to be the most elite of all sniffer dogs due to their ability to sense the microns-thin coating that protects computer circuit boards.

The AFP said their noses are so sensitive they can even find tiny SIM or memory cards buried in walls or hidden in fruit.”

Presumably same dogs were deployed last week in Ballarat to search for Samantha Murphy. Or her phone.
