Remember that they lost to Freo in Rd 23. In the west. Roughead, McLean, Wood & Stringer didn't play that game. I wonder if they threw that game a bit....planning for the finals tilt. From and RFC point of view, strategically losing games would be a dangerous ploy as we could well lose our mojo completely

And I think it all coincided with the dogs stringing 4 outstanding games together when it counted.

The SEN commentary were saying every 2 seconds nearly that they were playing bruise-free for a serious refresh before finals.
