Totally agree, it's a piece of crap. I even found a setting, think it was to stream at 480p, but even then it kept buffering. I've worked in the area of streaming in the past and all I can say is their infrastructure must be ****ed.

Edit: never had any problems watching replays on AFL website but number of concurrent users streaming would obviously be far less
