Ben Martin from Navarre the winner of the B&F for 2010 with 22 votes and 2nd was G.Lench from Skipton with 18 votes. Well done. Rookie of the year went to Cam Griffiths from R/C.and no rope was supplied

Well done to Ben Martin of Navarre and his win. A worthy winner in my opinon. Also 2 rumours out of each game on the weekend and ironically both the same. Apparently a player was bitten in each game? Any insights?

The rumors are Stasse from Lexton biting a Rokewood player on the shoulder, and Robertson from Navarre biting Raynor from Cargnham on the arm..

Saw Raynors arm and there was a pretty hefty bite mark on it ....

Apparently Stasse was reported for his bite, not sure what was happening with the Robertson incident.

Biting is a VERY VERY low act, i would expect some hefty suspensions coming their way...

Well they are the 2 i heard as well. I hadn't heard to much about the raynor incident but it doesn't sound to good. On the stasse incident apparently he bit the bloke that hard that he split the skin and caused a flow of blood.

Correct dools it is a very low act and if either is found guilty you would have to think a minimum of 8 weeks as a starting point.

The VCFL report is out. Navarre and Natte to MCDFL and Trentham to stay and a 19 team League CHFL for 2 years and then the clubs can vote on a 2 division league or a geographical league

Good luck to Lexton and other in fighting out this years Premiership. It'll be a long time between drinks starting next year.

i heard today that the investigation into Matt stasse bitting has been put to the tribunal and will be heard this friday night, interesting to see what penalty he is handed, i would think at least 3 weeks for bitting and that would be lextons premiership hopes gone:eek:

is that a reliable source slasher? if so let us know the outcome on here friday night thanks:thumbsu:.my thoughts on a suspension for biting if found guilty wth his record probably 6 weeks. i agree he will be a huge loss and will put a dent in there premiership glory. but i did see both games this weekend and i feel lexton looked the best team by far. skipton are way to slow mckay needs to drop himself and get riske down in that goal square all day to kick a match winning bag. not just last 5 minutes of a game. i felt rokewood were very convincing and if they put up that effort this week skiptons season is well and truly over. why didnt lench play ?

Can anyone confirm that skipton gave lexton a football lesson on saturday? And will anyone challenge skipton at all this season?

:thumbsu::thumbsu::thumbsu::thumbsu:
They must have learnt from that lesson, good to see another side in the big one for once,
Emus under the pump big time,
Looks like rokewood are breathing through a tight noose.
Any 3 could win
emus: quality
rokewood: If top 6 players fire
Tigers: Very quick, even spread across all lines

I'll stick my neck out, it is the year of the tiger

Will do but im sure it will be all over the paper saturday:) i still think skipton will win it and have to agree that there is no room in that forward line for 4 talls Beacham, Risk, Molloy and Mckay, if it is a wet granny that could be the difference between winning and losing, obviously tim is trying to get through one last year and is carrying his brother along with him, if jamie mckay was at any other club in the top 4 he would be in the 2's cant believe his selection every week:eek:

As for lynch i think he is gone for the year, heard he had golden staff in his arm and it is blown up like a balloon, big lose for the emus:thumbsdown:

Can anyone tell me where the LPFL Grand Final will be played? I'm assuming it will be played on Saturday.

it will be played at Eureka Stadium (Northern oval) it was listed in the Last H&A record and yeah on Saturday same day as CHFL Preliminary Final.

congrats must go to lexton fc for getting him cleared.. to win the premiership his services will be vital .. so you do what ever it takes $$$$$$ to get ya best team on the field. lets sit back today and watch skipton and chokewood fight it out for the honour of a grandfinal berth..

Ok guys its back the crazy grand final week! Time for some predictions
Seniors Lexton vs Skipton - Lexton will be to fast and play the ground better.
Reserves Skipton vs Rokewood - Skipton to cap off a top season.
U/17s Skipton vs Rokewood - Skipton by 5 goals to cap off another succesful chokewood season.
Any thoughts out there guys?

Thanks Andy, much appreciated.

I Was watching Skipton & Rokewood on Saturday at Linton ground loook a mess but great crowd though they never expected a crowd in those conditions thats shows great loyalty I don't follow local clubs now when i did i Use to go every week rain hail and sunshine
