I'd say it was about a radio personality (allegedly) who also happens to be an umpire (allegedly) slaking off at c/lint on the radio on Sunday. Not sure why mobbenfuhrer pulled it, maybe its getting like the afl - no criticism of umps - even when they not umpiring!!!!!

I'm not sure exactly what was said and who it came from all i know is it wasn't pretty. I'm still working on finding out the details should have an answer over the next few days. In the mean time if anyone on here heard it themselves I'd be more than interested in hearing what the comments were

Can somebody inform me on Zane Bigmores performances thus far for Navarre.

I am thinking about cruising out to the Navarre Skipton game this weekend so I will let you know how he goes if I make it out there. Strange place Navarre . Good talent in the netball usually though:thumbsu:

My Tips for the weekend:

Lexton to upset CL by 5 goals
Rokewood to get up against Natte thanks to a goal after the siren :D
Skipton just against Navarre (teams always struggle at Navarre)
And The Eagles in a huge upset, Illabarook to struggle on the vast Alexandra oval

ALLEGEDLY, The same Ump "almost" single handedly got Clunes over the line on saturday.
Obviously dislikes Ballan.

This "D.J." should remember umpires are supposed to be impartial judges and show NO favouritism!

It appears Carngham aren't the only team doing some mid season recruiting. Had a chat to a Natte fella and he mentioned a few new players that will sign.

A C/L player was mentioned too which was BIG news i thought, saying that we'll have to wait and see if they really come through cos there is plenty of talk about.

My tips this week:

Lexton - Under 15 points
Skipton - 10 goals
Rokewood - 20 points
Ararat - Under 10 points

There is news that Skipton will be welcoming back Darren Fletcher in the near future, since he can't train with east point, and it is againest there club policy to play someone who cant train.
The Emu's look like they have this flag in the bag.....

Rumour is it that PAUL BULGER WILL BE LINING UP FOR ARARAT THIS WEEK AT FF TO GIVE THEM A FOCAL POINT.I PREDICT HE KICKS 8 AND THE EAGLES WIN BY 4 PTS

The only focal point that Bigun bloke will give is his ugly head.... as for Kicking 8 it will be lucky if he takes 8 steps..... he is not known for his athletic ability nor his training aptitude......

Lexton - Under 15 points
Skipton - 10 goals
Rokewood - 20 points
Ararat - Under 10 points

Lexton to deliver the knock out blow to C/L? I think not C/L 10 goals
Skipton to blow Navarre out of the water
Natte in a thriller
Ararat to roll Illabarook if they can shut down their midfield..

Any word on how the "champ" is going this week, I will be watching Verdoorn closely this year and see if he can get his tally into double figures.

If that rumour is tru it would b a disgrace! That old boy was running round while i was still in me old mans bag. They couldn't be strugglin that much surely. That's if it is the same P. Bulger. Was about 6ft 7" and just a big gangly unko'd unit.

I just saw on the MCDFL website that Kieran Robinson has put in a clearance to Natte. Have also been told Wendyn Robinson is still listed to Natte and will be back in 4 or 5 weeks. Three Robinsons in the side will be something all teams will be dreading lining up against because everyone has been saying Jeremy is firing.

Natte appear to be recruiting more and more every week and should be pretty handy by finals time one would think.

Are they as good as Jeremy? I thought Jeremy was BOG last week.

From all reports they are both very handy, Wendyn was a better footballer then Jeremy but Jeremy has improved a lot since then and Wendyn hasn't been playing for a while . Kieran will be the best of the lot from all reports!

Wing Awonga see them fly up the ladder, Wait to see the all hurrican makes his apperance this week count your sheep little ones. On your way me laddie!!!!

Is it true that Robbie Waters is out for C/L? That will be a big blow to their chances. Especially as he can play tall both forward and back. Anyone else think the Tigers are a chance?

I would say that the Tigers have to be a chance. CL has lost 4 games and hasn't got a single win to their name, but I think they have actually played good footy. They just aren't at the standard of Skipton, Rokewood and Natte yet.

Lexton should go into this one with some confidence.

My tips
Rokewood by 24points
Bulldogs by 30 points
C/L by 42 points
Navarre by 15 points
Couple of upsets this round is on the cards..

Is there any truth to the rumours that Ryan "The Italian Stallion" Pridham will be lining up for the Red, White and Black this week against the Tigers? From what i've heard he's built like a brick outhouse with a head on him like a bulldog eating porridge. Insiders at the club say he can play though, should be a handy inclusion for the stuggling saints

Quality post there Roota.

Do you reckon you boys will get over Lexton on the weekend? I was talking to a few Tigers this morning and they reckon they'll be a good show against you guys.

Stasse is back for c/l and Lexton haven't got a ruckmans you know what. Ryan Pridham should be a handy inclusion if he plays.
All of c/lintons knew recruits had a stern talking to this week and i think they have no choice but to play well.
c/l by 5 goals

spoke to a C/L senior player on the phone 2day & says they're even more depleted this week with 7 seniors out. BUT tells me that in the next 5 weeks 4 BIG name players will line up in the saints seniors. He won't give me an inch with names but was very exited, my question is will 5 weeks time be too late??

C/LINTON WILL OPEN IT'S ACCOUNT ONLY IF ROBBIE WATERS USES HIS NOUSE . I FEEL HE MUST USE HIS BROTHER ROSS WATERS BY JAMMING HIM IN BETWEEN LEXTON'S GOALS TO BLOCK THE ONSLAUGHT.:thumbsu:

SO FOR MY TIPS
C/L BY 15 POINTS
R/W BY 2 POINTS
ARAT BY 1 POINT
SKIP BY 20 GOALS +
CHEERS ALL
