That's funny, because B20 was meant to take two picks, but he took one.

According to the rules the passed pick has to wait for 3 picks to be made before it can be taken. B20 technically took the 3rd of those picks and should have taken the skipped pick following the one he took. Therefore I think it's my pick and Xbox can pick after me and when B20 gets his act into gear he can make his catch up pick.
