It's a rookie spot, he would have to impress big time to get a call up.

yeah but brisbane still have Brown, Power, Black and Fev now. That's pretty good but they are all near 30 so if they don't win in 2010 (not likely) their time will ahve past and have to pay for all the lost draft picks this year.

Exactly and rookie spots should be given to blokes who are unlucky not to be drafted and will have a fair dinkum crack. Rhan Hooper has proven with his time on a senior list that he doesn't have the desire to be a full time footballer. I'd rather we gave the spot to the next Grima or the next Garlett or the next McMahon.
Hooper had his chance to make a career out of AFL and he blew it. Too bad, so sad, no soup for you!
