Yes, well, between then and now McDevitt drove up to Little's house and showed it to him. This is obviously what has happened.

clearly ASADA does not have hard evidence of each and everyone of the 34 players having been administered with TB4
has been crystal clear all along
McDevitt just used the SCNs as a little dirty copper trick
this has been a complete abuse of process from start to finish
Don't follow you. If 32 players say they took Thymosin, and ASADA has it confirmed which Thymosin Dank used at Essendon, then that's that.
The alternative is that McDevitt takes the job, gets his career out and bets it on the toss of a coin as to whether the players come in for another chat or not. He's got nothing, and it could all come unstuck, and he will forever be known as a complete incompetent if that happens. Obviously he knows the players won't come in because there is no evidence, as you say.
And.....He would be wiling to do this, why?
McDevitt would not have known what evidence ASADA had before taking the job as that would have been yet another breach of confidentiality under the NAD Scheme. It is possible that he was told in his interview that he would be required to pursue this particular case and only now realised the full extent. Remember when he issued SCNs and did his grand media tour? "I can't really answer that, I've only been in the job 27 days" lol, what a muppet
So, it's not McDevitt. He is the fallguy. Who do you think is pulling the strings and going for broke with absolutely nothing and knowing full well the case will collapse?

That is a good question. Our mate yaco suspects political interference - I can't offer a theory on that myself.
Not sure if I would say McDevitt is a fall guy, it is equally possible that he was excited at the possibility of taking down the biggest anti-doping case in Australian history and did not realise exactly what he was in for. The fact he could not possibly have known the full extent of evidence ASADA has before his appointment, and his ridiculous comments on his media tour, says a lot.
Political interference? OK. But still the question is, "who". We had a Labour govt, now we got a Liberal one. We have had a change of CEO at ASADA, and also WADA.
In the same interview he commented about the booing Jobe Watson got last year. Said, to paraphrase, "youse all look stupid now. Jobe never took anything bad." Conveniently ignoring the fact that Jobe confessed to taking AOD9604 - a WADA prohibited substance. He just got off on a technicality.

I really doubt anything that guy says as nearly everything he has said so far has been shown to be wrong.
Why would ASADA suddenly show him all of the evidence when the SCNs haven't been progressed? No good reason is there.
Why would ASADA have the evidence reviewed by anti-doping and legal experts and get it checked off yet as a viable yet Little can simply dismiss it with a wave of his hand and say its circumstantial and easily defended? Again no good reason.
Stay away from the cool-aid. It doesn't end well.

Little still trying to circumvent the process. Court decision not even handed down and asking the government to intervene. Players haven't responded to SC notices but he declares " nothing to see here". I recall that ASADA were required by the court to provide the interview record (only) under confidentiality. Then he breaks the confidentiality by saying evidence is weak. He's a great guy and sailing close to contempt of court.

Yeah was thinking that myself from reading the OP only (haven't heard the interview link anyone?), but if he has seen the evidence and signed a confidentiality agreement, what can / can't he say about the evidence? A question for the legal minded people.
Easy to say in hindsight.
