Obviously it depends on how it's being used, but I voted for 1 because it has the most quintessentially "footy" pose, with a kick on the run. The footy shaped backdrop works better as well IMO, and I feel like the black guernsey feels more natural and flows better against the black base than in the other pose you've used.

1) if you remove the oval, make the man a silhouette and have a footy coming slightly off his boot, keep the number on the back

3) get rid of the shadow
