There was a guy from South Sudan there because they don't have an Olympic Committee yet. Couple of others I'm not sure about.

I missed it- is that the guy from South Sudan? They don't have an Olympic committee yet, and he did qualify (marathon, I think). The IOC said he could run under the Olympic flag.
