If thats the problem perhaps no one is prepared to step up. Surely the members cant be happy seeing what is being served up, the reserves are ordinary as well.
If your not happy you get a chance at the annual meeting to vote them out, hope no ones complaining if they can make a change themselves.
Might be a good first step to repairing a lot of damaged relationships... Both internally and externally.
