Who’s everyone’s pick?
Will Serp risk Mellington?

Mitti have announced a new coach, but coming off a winless season it’s a long road ahead.
Who’s taking over from Lino at Marong?

Absolutely no excuse for that behaviour but I’m wondering if the spectator saw the same couple of cheap shots behind play that Wellington dished out as I saw

You are right. Absolutely no place for a spectator to enter the field and spit on a player and get involved in a physical altercation no matter what they may or may not have seen

It was Ben Knights brother that ran on the field and fronted Wellington... Had his little kids there with him too. Absolute flog.
Has he got a bit of a reputation of this?
I vaguely remember something happening near the boundary line one day when he was at Boort. Didn’t jump the fence but carried on a bit.

Didn't the east lodfon boys recruit some big kids.

Marong and maiden gully have outgrown the league, they both need to move

MGYCW finished second last in the seniors, last in the reserves and didn't field an 18&U side, I'd say it's a bit rich to suggest they've outgrown the league. Population wise yes, club performance absoutely not.

It doesn't appear to be stopping Broadford...

Marong and maiden gully are too big for the lvfl. There's 4 teams in the thirds. Maiden gully were already losing their best juniors to bendigo clubs because there's no competition. That's why they didn't put a team in after they couldn't play bfl under 18s

From the very outside, Maiden Gully strike me as a bit of a rudderless ship.

Maybe that’s because they are taking advice from the morons at AFL CV but whatever the reason I can’t see them being a Bendigo option until that changes.

I’m no fan of Strath but you can’t deny they were organised, strategic and well run when they stepped up to the majors.
