There about 20-25 rovers in the Metro training squad alone and he isn't one of them. Add in the other states and you have approaching 100 guys for maybe 5-6 vacancies come draft day.

The little blokes aren't really playing to get drafted. They are playing to get noticed and get a spot at a state league club with a view to a rookie listing in the future.
