I heard it was a chain reaction.

I heard that John Williams started it all by trying to jump up the stairs and tripping, doing a face plant. He was in the way of the door which is why Davey broke his arm. Lee wet himself and he saw Davey's arm dangling, which saw Spike tear his hammy trying to jump over the puddle of piss... (Anyone wanna finish it, I can't be bothered. )
